Horrible experience at the TRUMP casino in Indiana. Our hotel room was disgusting. Holes in the sheets and blanket- approx 12 burnholes in the blanket. The sheets had about 10 holes/tears in them Hair in the shower and behind the toilet- wallpaper in the bathroom falling off. Dust on the end table- very dusty/dirty tray where the coffee pot sits. We were disgusted with this hotel and couldn't wait to leave. We planned on staying two nights- but obviously, went home a day early. When advising management at the front desk- they said they were aware of some of the problems but not all. They offered to take 50% off of the room. Wow! What a joke- I told them they should be embarrassed to even allow someone to step a foot in there. The casino was very tight- advertising "loose" slots is not true. To advertise this hotel as luxury as I have seen on some sights is purely false advertising. I would suggest the Donald either change the name of the hotel- or make major changes to the condition of the hotel/rooms/employees/management, etc. I've stayed at SUPER 8, Fairfields INN and would classify them as Luxury compared to this dump! |
