Retrospective local history with photos, maps and a growing list of biographies submitted by visitors.

This site is part of a statewide project titled “Crossroads of America: Early Indiana History,” which comprises similar pages for all 92 Indiana Counties!

Due to the availability of information, the content presented for each county varies, however, this site has a brief historical retrospect from 1849 and 1938, multiple maps, history related images and a place for visitors to record their Pioneer ancestors achievements called "Our Stories.” Other features include a list of covered bridges, past and present, links to other sites, etc.
