Northern Wells Community Schools has four schools: Norwell High School, grades 9-12; Norwell Middle School, grades 6-8; and two elementary schools, Lancaster and Ossian, grades K-5.

Northern Wells Community Schools provides quality educational experiences for all students. With a population of 2500 students, the corporation is proud of its success in meeting students' individual needs and in helping them reach their goals.

Outstanding student achievement is evident at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in Northern Wells Community Schools.
