In 1995, Huntington County Hospital and Parkview Hospital helped form a regional health system. This partnership has benefited the patients and families in our region and beyond.

For example, Parkview Huntington Hospital now dispatches the two Samaritan helicopters (one based in Fort Wayne, the other in Rochester) for all of northeastern Indiana. This means we help make sure the that life-saving care reaches the right people in the fastest amount of time possible.

Parkview Huntington features new computer technology, offers highly specialized new services such as enterostomal therapy, and resides in a new state-of-the-hospital facility--just a few examples of how partnering with a larger medical center benefits the people of our communities.
