The Bloomington Bujinkan Dojo's main focus is to accurately convey the teachings of Maasaki Hatsumi - 34th Grandmaster of Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu. The Bujinkan Martial Arts were developed by the legendary ninja and samurai of Japan, The Bujinkan continues on in the 21st Century under the guidance of Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, thirty-fourth Grandmaster of Togakure Ryu Ninpo. BBD Instructors are licensed by Hatsumi Sensei & the International Bujinkan Dojo. We are closely affiliated with the Bujinkan Taka-Seigi Dojo and Shihan Mike Pearce, Judan & Shihan Phillip Legare, Jugodan. Instructors operate directly under the guidance of Shidoshi Bart Uguccioni of the Dexter Bujinkan Dojo.
