finally, indy gets a "real" coffeehouse! when i saw the girl take an order, turn on the grinder, foam the milk for a mocha and then do latte art, i was totally impressed!haven't seen latte art for some time on the road. got to chat with her a bit and had to have my cubano. perfecto! i live in arizona and have family and friends in indy. wife had to call me while i was up in warsaw and tell me about this place. folks in indy need to check this place out! btw: i use starbucks as default when i cannot find a place. to my surprise, the americano i got at a starbucks, i had to throw out! absolutely no crema and you cannot tell the barista because they have been thru 4 hours of training!
